Find out what happened to a client in only 6 weeks time. 2 lbs of body fat lost per week. Could this be you?
“After college, staying lean got pretty hard as I got older. Building muscle and strength stalled as-well after my newbie gains ran out, and I've been fluctuating between 18 to 22 percent body fat for the past 5 years, putting on no strength and little muscle. After working with Anthony, I'm leaner that I was in college, and stronger than I'd ever been, without suffer. The custom meals are great, and he gets back super quick on slack if I have any questions. I definitely recommend him if you'd tried other cookie cutter programs or worked with lazy coaches, he works hard, and makes a program work for you”
"Basically I was so fed up losing and gaining the weight back during the years with the conventional diets. Especially the last years having 3 kids and with work it was so Easy for me to eat junk but I decided it was time to change for life and stick to a diet that I can maintain. I went to a nutritionist and he suggested to me to try the keto diet but for only a few months as he quickly introduced to me some carbs as I was training for a marathon at the time. However I noticed that even with the carbs diet I was always craving food and after I stopped running for the usual 2-3 hours a day I started gaining weight again. That’s when I decided to try end of March normal keto diet with 70% fat 25% protein and 5% carbs. After losing enough weight I decided to also start working out and it’s been a little over 3 months I’ve been hitting the gym. For the last 3 months since I found your Channel I had been looking into building muscle while on keto diet but also eating healthy food and not like the “dirty” keto other people suggest etc. I’ve changed to a hybrid keto diet where I basically get 200g protein, 80-90g fats and 20-30g of carbs. I’m still on a caloric deficit but occasionally I will have a cheat meal once a month either by increasing my calories to maintenance but still remain on keto or by getting 90g of carbs and 30g of fats for one day by eating some sweet potato or cream of rice before a workout. When I do that the strength and the pump I have for the rest of the week is incredible. The good thing with this diet is that I have taught myself to not need more food! I don’t have the need to binge eat and with your recipes I am literally struggling a lot of the time to get the calories I need by adding some snacks! There are of course days that I am hungry during the cut but if you make satiating food like your keto “lasagna” I’m never hungry!
I am currently on holidays in Greece and I kept thinking that it will be so hard to eat outside but honestly as long as you have fish and meat options it’s relatively easy! Greek salad is delicious and you get good fats from olives, olive oil and feta cheese so even though people say keto is not sustainable I’ll have to disagree. When there’s will and dedication there’s a solution for everything. Once you find your routine and you manage to measure your food portions you won’t even feel you’ve been dieting! It has become a lifestyle!
Once again thanks for all the valuable advise and I am looking forward to build the body I’ve dreamed as a teenager now that I’m at my 30’s!"
