All published materials are copyrighted.  You cannot use them commercially.  You are allowed to show my programs to friends and family.  This does NOT include spreading it about the internet.  Imagine you own a physical book.  Treat my program materials the same way.  Anyone that comes in physical contact with you can be shown the materials.

Cancellations, refunds, etc.  FIRST AND FOREMOST: contact me first.  We use real science to support our efficacy.  If you do not receive results, then allow me to troubleshoot the situation.  I have never received a refund request, for your information, however.  This serves as a warning to you.  It is inconceivable to me that you do not make great improvements given the materials and access to me by phone or email.
